In their conversation, Erika explains her art practice and her road to a building creative profession as a photographer and art business owner.

Erika’s candid style photography includes headshots, food photography, and event coverage, often focusing on events happening in downtown Grand Rapids. Erika prides herself on a hands-on approach that is both creative and attainable. She talks about her process in photography and where the line is between documentation and creativity.
